This is Golden Key’s premier scholarship award. This scholarship supports members’ post-baccalaureate study at accredited universities anywhere in the world.



Value

1.
A total of US $10,000 available for 12 Scholarships.
2.
In addition to the monetary awards, each Graduate Scholar Award winner will also receive the following items on behalf of Sedona Training Associates:

*
One complimentary registration (valued at US $1,300) to the Sedona Method Seven-Day retreat, good up to two years from the date of award.
*
Complimentary access to the Sedona Method Audio program plus Effortless Wealth and Success, Effortless Relationships and Effortless Health and Well-being (4 courses in one 20 CD's plus a workbook and book, value of US $388).
*
US $300 coupon, good towards the purchase of any additional Sedona Method audio program, book or seminar.
*
One 1-hour telephone coaching session/mentoring session with Hale Dwoskin, author of The Sedona Method (value of US $2,500).

Conditions

Eligibility:

1.
The applicant must be currently working on an undergraduate degree OR the applicant’s first undergraduate degree must have been received within five years of the application deadline.
2.
The applicant must be enrolled, as a full-time student, in a post-baccalaureate program of study at an accredited institution during the academic year immediately following the granting of the award.

Criteria:

1.
Academic achievement.
2.
Golden Key involvement.
3.
Extracurricular activities.
4.
A personal résumé that includes the following information:

o
List of universities attended, degree(s) with dates received, and academic attainment (cumulative GPA, WAM or academic percentage).
o
List of extracurricular activities detailing involvement in campus and community service, including any involvement in Golden Key and the list should be verified (signed) by knowledgeable official(s) who can attest to the activities listed.
o
List any work history.
o
List any special circumstances, including family commitments.
o
One essay of no more than 1,000 words that states:
+
Why you are applying?
+
Why you are pursuing post-baccalaureate or professional studies?
+
How the Society’s commitment to academic excellence will be furthered by your studies, and your commitment to campus and community service.
o
A current and comprehensive official academic transcript(s) from all collegiate level institutions attended which does not have to be sealed so that you may make an additional copy to complete your application packet.
o
One letter of recommendation from each of the following:
+
A faculty member in your major field of study.
+
A faculty member who is familiar with the candidate’s minor field of study or other areas of interest.
+
A letter from another professor in your major field of study is acceptable.
+
Your Golden Key chapter advisor or Associate Director stating the level of your involvement in the chapter.
+
Optional: One letter of recommendation from a university or organization official familiar with your involvement in university or community service.
