Oxford and Cambridge Society of India Scholarships, The
The Oxford and Cambridge Society of India is offering 3 scholarships for admission to Oxbridge this year: The Two OCSI scholarships tenable at the universities of Oxford/Cambridge, One scholarship, tenable at Emmanuel College, Cambridge, and it's funded by the Emmanuel College Cambridge (India) Trust.

1.
The Two OCSI scholarships worth Rs 100,000 each.
2.
One Emmanuel College scholarship worth £ 1,000.
Conditions
Eligibility criterion:
1.
All applicants must have secured admission to the University of Oxford or to the University of Cambridge.
2.
Applicants must also meet the following criterion to be eligible for the above scholarships:
*
Not more than 26 years old as on 1 May 2008.
*
Nationality – Indian.
*
Graduate of an Indian university.
*
Ordinarily resident in India.
*
Clear intention to return to India after completing the course of study at Oxbridge.
*
It would also be preferred if late schooling was done in India.
3.
Interviews: Short-listed candidates shall be interviewed on 24 May 2008, between 9 am – 5 pm, at the India International Centre Annexe, Max Muller Marg, New Delhi – 110 003.
4.
The decision of the committee on the short-listing of candidates shall be final.
